Glenn Sanford

Founder, Chairman and CEO, eXp World Holdings CEO

Since early 2002, Glenn Sanford has been actively involved in the online real estate space. In early 2007, Glenn launched BuyerTours Realty, LLC which, using a combination of web and traditional bricks and mortar, grew to three offices and into two states. After the drop off of the market in late 2008, Glenn and his executive team went back and rewrote the entire business model in recognition of the “perfect storm” of lower revenues, fixed or rising overhead costs, and a consumer with more information and access than ever before. eXp Realty, LLC was launched in October 2009 as the first truly cloud-based national real estate brokerage which meant giving up the traditional bricks and mortar environment and moving to a fully-immersive 3D virtual office environment where agents, brokers and staff collaborate across borders while learning and transacting business from anywhere in the world. In 2013, eXp Realty became a subsidiary of eXp Realty International Corp.

From 2004 to 2007, Glenn ran a large mega-agent team and consulted to Keller Williams International as a member of the Agent Technology Council in the areas of online client acquisition, client conversion and technology. Glenn also was a significant contributor to Keller Williams Internet Lead Generation Masterminds.

Prior to real estate, Glenn was active at the executive level with a number of technology-related companies. In 1998, he founded and served as President for eShippers.com, an online e-commerce and logistics company.

James Bramble

Chief Counsel and Corporate Secretary, eXp World Holdings

James Bramble is an authority in real estate law, a leader in the housing industry and advocate for acting with integrity. As eXp World Holdings Chief Legal Counsel, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, James oversees the company’s legal affairs, including corporate governance, litigation and compliance. James has over 20 years of international business experience and has transformed eXp’s legal and compliance functions to empower an agent-centric, globally-scaled organization. James champions eXtend a Hand, eXp’s charitable foundation and is an active member of the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) and is a licensed real estate agent.

Kent Cheng

Chief Accounting Officer, eXp World Holdings

Kent is responsible for leading and developing the organization’s global accounting, finance practices and procedures. He also ensures the preparation and analysis of all financial reports comply with all applicable regulations. These vital financial functions enable eXp to continue its rapid growth trajectory and quickly expand its international footprint. He has decades of finance expertise in global finance, accounting and information technology functions in large, complex and geographically dispersed multi-billion-dollar international businesses.

Alex Howland, Ph.D.

President, eXp World Technologies

Alex founded VirBELA, a social virtual reality platform focused on education and team development with clients in various industries from government to retail. The VirBELA team developed eXp Realty’s cloud-based campus, called eXp World. eXp World Holdings, eXp Realty’s parent company, acquired VirBELA’s core group of products and services in November 2018.

As President of eXp World Technologies, an eXp World Holdings company, Alex leads the development of VirBELA’s products and services to expand the offering to agents, teams and others who could benefit from their own, always-available environments for collaboration.

In the development of VirBELA, Alex was awarded financial support from the Graduate Management Admissions Council, the National Science Foundation, the National Institute of Health, the Laura Arrillaga-Andreessen Foundation and the American Psychological Association to support some of innovations and research.

Alex has a bachelors in organization psychology from Providence College and a doctorate in philosophy from Alliant International University, San Diego Scripps Ranch.

Leo Pareja

CEO, eXp Realty

Leo Pareja currently serves eXp Realty as Chief Executive Officer, a role he assumed in April 2024. In this role, he is tasked with steering the Company into its next era of growth and innovation, redefining the real estate landscape through technology and unparalleled agent support and empowering every member of eXp Realty to achieve their full potential. 

Leo Pareja joined eXp Realty in 2022, bringing with him over two decades of real estate experience as a top agent in the United States, highlighted by numerous accolades including recognition in RealTrends’ The Thousand report, topping the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals’ (NAHREP) Top 250 list, and being named a 30 under 30 agent by Realtor® Magazine. 

In his previous role as Chief Strategy Officer, Pareja was instrumental in solidifying eXp Realty’s standing in the competitive real estate marketplace. His visionary leadership and remarkable track record has greatly enriched the company’s value proposition to its agents. For example the successful launches of strategic initiatives like eXp Exclusives, Revenos and significant enhancements to eXp Solutions.

His entrepreneurial spirit is evidenced by his co-founding of one of the largest private lending companies on the U.S. East Coast and a rapidly growing MLS technology vendor. He has also played significant roles in the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals, serving as the founding president of the Metro D.C. chapter and later as the national president.

Patrick O'Neill

Chief Operating Officer, eXp Realty

Patrick is the Chief Operating Officer of eXp Realty. He brings more than 25 years of experience and a proven track record of building and optimizing high-growth technology businesses.

Before joining eXp Realty, he was CTO for Xome, LLC a subsidiary of the Mr. Cooper Group. Prior to Xome, Patrick was SVP, Product Management for Travel Leaders Group. Earlier in his career, O’Neill was appointed COO of Guestlogix, Inc, and he held several senior positions at Sabre, Inc and Continental Airlines, Inc.

Wendy Forsythe

Chief Marketing Officer, eXp Realty

Wendy Forsythe currently serves eXp Realty as Chief Marketing Officer. In this role, she is responsible for building eXp Realty’s marketing strategies and initiatives globally, enhancing the company’s brand visibility and further empowering its agents worldwide.

Ms. Forsythe joined eXp Realty in 2024, bringing with her over two decades of extensive real estate experience. Before joining eXp Realty, she held executive positions at several high-profile real estate companies including Compass, Fathom and HomeSmart International.

A seasoned executive, she has been instrumental in developing and executing growth strategies that significantly increased brand recognition and market share.

Ms. Forsythe studied Business, Marketing and Human Resources at Acadia University.

Renee Kaspar

Chief Human Resources Officer, eXp Realty

Renee Kaspar currently serves eXp Realty as Chief Human Resources Officer, a role she assumed in April 2024. In this role, she is responsible for leading all Human Resources functions, steering the organization into its next chapter of growth and success. 

Renowned for establishing People teams from scratch and optimizing existing ones for peak performance, Ms. Kaspar has a wide range of experience with global giants like Thomson Reuters, eBay, Amazon, Fidelity and GE. 

Her impressive track record showcases a legacy of catalyzing growth and fostering innovation. With more than 20 years of experience in global talent and people management, she joins eXp Realty from Koneksa Health, where she excelled in operational excellence, prioritizing customer engagement and refining go-to-market strategies.

She earned a bachelor of arts degree in International Relations from Boston University, a Juris Doctorate from Whittier Law School in California and has attended classes in Organizational Development and Change Management at the Harvard Extension School in Massachusetts. 

 

Seth Siegler

Chief Innovation Officer, eXp Realty

Seth Siegler currently serves eXp Realty as Chief Innovation Officer, responsible for collaborating with eXp Realty agents to spearhead the development and testing of beta solutions, rapidly determining which new technologies can deliver significant outcomes and be scaled efficiently.

Mr. Siegler joined eXp Realty in 2019, most recently serving as VP, Technology Innovation and Real Estate Service, responsible for spearheading the company’s AI strategy. With more than 20 years in the Real Estate industry, his career has spanned the intersection of business and technology while engaging deeply with customers. 

As a startup founder, including two exits, he has experience building companies that deliver meaningful technology. He has participated in the development of several software technology patents and continues to create products that improve the real estate transaction for agents and consumers. He also is an experienced Chief Technology Officer with an eye towards innovation and managing hyper-growth.

Mr. Siegler earned his bachelor of arts degree from the College of Charleston in South Carolina. He also was named a 2021 HousingWire Tech Trendsetter and an Inman Innovator Award finalist in 2013, 2014 and 2016.

Sumanth Kamath

Chief Technology Officer, eXp Realty

Sumanth Kamath currently serves eXp Realty as Chief Technology Officer, responsible for deploying comprehensive technology solutions across the company and ensuring that eXp’s technological infrastructure is robust, scalable and aligned with business objectives.

Mr. Kamath joined eXp Realty in 2022 as SVP, Product & Technology. In this role, he led the development and implementation of product strategies and technology solutions, playing a critical role in driving eXp’s digital innovation and enhancing real estate transaction experience for its agents.  

With 20 years’ experience, he is a dynamic and results-driven leader with expertise in building and delivering complex software products that drive business value. He began his career with Sabre Corporation, where he served for 16 years before moving on to lead product and technology at Internova Travel Group and Mr. Cooper – Xome.

Mr. Kamath earned his master of science degree in computer science from The University of Texas at Arlington, and a bachelor of engineering degree in mechanical engineering from Bangalore University in India. 

Carrie Lysenko

CEO, Zoocasa Realty Inc.

Carrie currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Zoocasa, a wholly owned subsidiary of eXp World Holdings Inc (NASDAQ: EXPI). She leads our website portal platform integration and online lead generation capabilities across Zoocasa and eXp in North America.

A passionate people, product and business leader; Lysenko brings more than 25 years of business, technical product and marketing leadership to the helm. Prior to joining Zoocasa & eXp, she was the vice president of product and growth at VerticalScope (TSX: FORA) and was integral to the online business and technical expansion efforts at The Weather Network for over 14 years as the head of digital. She was recognized as one of the Top 50 Executives in Canada in 2021 by the Globe and Mail for her work within the Zoocasa team. She has helped lead this award winning proptech company to their recognition as one of the Fastest Growing Companies in Canada, as well as the Americas by Globe & Mail and the Financial Times four years in a row.

Carrie holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Royal Roads University and holds undergraduate degrees in Health Sciences and Sports Marketing from Queen’s University and the University of British Columbia.

Amy Somerville

Chief Executive Officer of SUCCESS Enterprises

Amy Somerville is the Chief Executive Officer of SUCCESS Enterprises, a multiplatform media company which includes the iconic SUCCESS Magazine, SUCCESS Coaching, and SUCCESS.com

Amy is a mission-driven leader with demonstrated success in developing highly effective teams, delivering dynamic learning strategies, and building engaged communities. Prior to joining SUCCESS, Somerville was Vice President of Professional Development and Industry Engagement at Buffini & Company and the Founder of Moment of Clarity, LLC. In her previous role as an executive with RE/MAX, LLC, she led Professional Development, Technology Engagement, Multi-Media Production, and Education.

Amy is recognized as a go-to, high energy speaker, panelist and facilitator having shared the stage with people like Jay Leno, Wayne Brady, Brian Buffini, and many industry leaders while delivering value to audiences exceeding 7,000.

She is a master of client engagement who responds to challenges with confidence, determination, and focus. A passionate community-builder gathering like-minded, successful entrepreneurs and businesspeople to share best practices for success.

Amy earned a bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Technical Communications at Colorado State University, did MBA coursework at the University of New Mexico’s Anderson School of Business, and completed an Executive Development Program at The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. She has served on several curriculum and education advisory boards and is a passionate contributor to The Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals.
