Jesse Hill is the Interim Chief Financial Officer of eXp World Holdings, where he oversees global financial strategy, operations, and infrastructure. He also has executive oversight of accounting, financial controls, and regulatory compliance, ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and transparency of financial reporting across the enterprise.
Hill brings a forward-thinking approach to finance, leveraging technology to drive growth, operational excellence, and scalability. He has played a pivotal role in modernizing eXp’s financial operations, leading efforts to scale international operations during a period of intense growth. By accelerating the pace of revenue generation and building robust back-end accounting and financial teams, he has strengthened the company’s financial foundation and positioned both domestic and international divisions for long-term success.
Prior to his current role, Hill held several finance leadership positions within the Company, including Senior Director of Finance for eXp Global and Corporate FP&A, Director of Finance at Virbela/FRAME, and Finance Manager supporting both U.S. Realty and Virbela. He began his tenure at eXp as a Senior Financial Analyst for U.S. Realty. Before joining eXp, Hill built a strong foundation in financial planning and analysis through roles at General Motors, Nissan Motor Corporation, and The Walt Disney Company.

Carrie Lysenko serves as the Chief Technology Officer for eXp Realty, where she leads the company’s global technology strategy and digital product roadmap. With a focus on building intuitive, high-impact ecosystems, Lysenko is responsible for delivering the tools that empower eXp agents to scale their businesses and deepen client relationships.
Lysenko brings a unique “agent-first” perspective to the CTO role, having previously served as the Chief Executive Officer of Zoocasa. Sumanth Kamath currently serves eXp Realty as Chief Technology Officer, responsible for deploying comprehensive technology solutions across the company and ensuring that eXp’s technological infrastructure is robust, scalable and aligned with business objectives.
Mr. Kamath joined eXp Realty in 2022 as SVP, Product & Technology. In this role, he led the development and implementation of product strategies and technology solutions, playing a critical role in driving eXp’s digital innovation and enhancing real estate transaction experience for its agents.
With 20 years’ experience, he is a dynamic and results-driven leader with expertise in building and delivering complex software products that drive business value. He began his career with Sabre Corporation, where he served for 16 years before moving on to lead product and technology at Internova Travel Group and Mr. Cooper – Xome.
Mr. Kamath earned his master of science degree in computer science from The University of Texas at Arlington, and a bachelor of engineering degree in mechanical engineering from Bangalore University in India.
Seth Siegler currently serves eXp Realty as Chief Innovation Officer, responsible for collaborating with eXp Realty agents to spearhead the development and testing of beta solutions, rapidly determining which new technologies can deliver significant outcomes and be scaled efficiently.
Mr. Siegler joined eXp Realty in 2019, most recently serving as VP, Technology Innovation and Real Estate Service, responsible for spearheading the company’s AI strategy. With more than 20 years in the Real Estate industry, his career has spanned the intersection of business and technology while engaging deeply with customers.
As a startup founder, including two exits, he has experience building companies that deliver meaningful technology. He has participated in the development of several software technology patents and continues to create products that improve the real estate transaction for agents and consumers. He also is an experienced Chief Technology Officer with an eye towards innovation and managing hyper-growth.
Mr. Siegler earned his bachelor of arts degree from the College of Charleston in South Carolina. He also was named a 2021 HousingWire Tech Trendsetter and an Inman Innovator Award finalist in 2013, 2014 and 2016.
Wendy Forsythe currently serves eXp Realty as Chief Marketing Officer. In this role, she is responsible for building eXp Realty’s marketing strategies and initiatives globally, enhancing the company’s brand visibility and further empowering its agents worldwide.
Ms. Forsythe joined eXp Realty in 2024, bringing with her over two decades of extensive real estate experience. Before joining eXp Realty, she held executive positions at several high-profile real estate companies including Compass, Fathom and HomeSmart International.
A seasoned executive, she has been instrumental in developing and executing growth strategies that significantly increased brand recognition and market share.
Ms. Forsythe studied Business, Marketing and Human Resources at Acadia University.
Patrick is the Chief Operating Officer of eXp Realty. He brings more than 25 years of experience and a proven track record of building and optimizing high-growth technology businesses.
Before joining eXp Realty, he was CTO for Xome, LLC a subsidiary of the Mr. Cooper Group. Prior to Xome, Patrick was SVP, Product Management for Travel Leaders Group. Earlier in his career, O’Neill was appointed COO of Guestlogix, Inc, and he held several senior positions at Sabre, Inc and Continental Airlines, Inc.
Leo Pareja currently serves eXp Realty as Chief Executive Officer, a role he assumed in April 2024. James Bramble is an authority in real estate law, a leader in the housing industry and advocate for acting with integrity. As eXp World Holdings Chief Legal Counsel, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, James oversees the company’s legal affairs, including corporate governance, litigation and compliance. James has over 20 years of international business experience and has transformed eXp’s legal and compliance functions to empower an agent-centric, globally-scaled organization. James champions eXtend a Hand, eXp’s charitable foundation and is an active member of the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) and is a licensed real estate agent.
Since early 2002, Glenn Sanford has been actively involved in the online real estate space. In early 2007, Glenn launched BuyerTours Realty, LLC which, using a combination of web and traditional bricks and mortar, grew to three offices and into two states. After the drop off of the market in late 2008, Glenn and his executive team went back and rewrote the entire business model in recognition of the “perfect storm” of lower revenues, fixed or rising overhead costs, and a consumer with more information and access than ever before. eXp Realty, LLC was launched in October 2009 as the first truly cloud-based national real estate brokerage which meant giving up the traditional bricks and mortar environment and moving to a fully-immersive 3D virtual office environment where agents, brokers and staff collaborate across borders while learning and transacting business from anywhere in the world. Monica is a top-producing eXp Realty agent who is dual-licensed in Ohio and Kentucky. She is a former member of the eXp Realty Agent Advisory Council and has a coaching business, “My Coach Monica.” She brings broad experience to the Board courtesy of an outstanding executive career in radio advertising. Prior to joining eXp in 2017, she was the team leader for a major brokerage in the Cincinnati area. A graduate of Denison University, Monica holds a degree in communications and psychology.

Peggie Pelosi has more than 20 years of experience as a sales and network development professional and 15 years of experience as a corporate social responsibility and sustainability practitioner. Ms. Pelosi serves as the founding partner and strategic advisor of Orenda Social Purpose, positions she has held since September 2005. Until March 2023, she has also served as the Executive Director of Innovators Alliance, a network of CEOs focused on sustainable and profitable growth through innovation. Prior to her career and academic work in corporate social responsibility and sustainability, Ms. Pelosi served as a member of USANA Health Sciences, Inc.’s (“USANA”) management team, first as Executive Director of Sales for Canada from 1999 until 2000 and then as Vice President of Network Development from 2000 until 2004. Since 2018, Ms. Pelosi has served as a member of USANA’s Board of Directors and currently serves on USANA’s Audit Committee, Compensation Committee, Governance, Risk & Nominating Committee, and serves as Chair of the Sustainability Committee.
Ms. Pelosi has received a graduate diploma from St. Michael’s College at the University of Toronto in Corporate Social Responsibility & Sustainability, and has completed the NACD Directorship Certification (NACD.CD) and the ESG Competent Boards Director Certification (GCB.D).
Fred Reichheld has more than 45 years of experience as a leading expert on customer and employee loyalty. Mr. Reichheld joined Bain & Company, Inc., a global business consulting firm, in 1977, was elected to the partnership of Bain & Company, Inc. in 1982, and was elected as the first Bain Fellow in January 1999, a position he continues to hold currently. Mr. Reichheld is the creator of the Net Promoter® system of management and founded Bain’s Loyalty practice, which helps clients achieve superior results through improvements in customer, employee, partner and investor loyalty and has also served in a variety of other roles, including as a member of Bain & Company’s Worldwide Management, Nominating, and Compensation Committees. Mr. Reichheld is a frequent speaker to major business forums and groups of CEOs and senior executives worldwide and has authored several books, including Winning on Purpose and The Ultimate Question 2.0. Since 2015, Mr. Reichheld has served as a member of FirstService Corp.’s Board of Directors and currently serves on its Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. Since 2020, Mr. Reichheld has also served as a member of Bilt, Inc.’s Board of Directors.
Mr. Reichheld received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Harvard University and his Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
For over 25 years, Randall Miles has held senior leadership positions in global financial services, financial technology and investment banking companies. His extensive investment banking background at bulge bracket, regional and boutique firms advising financial services companies on strategic and capital structure needs has crossed many disciplines. Mr. Miles’ transactional and advisory experience is complemented by leadership roles at public and private equity backed financial technology, specialty finance and software companies that have included Chairman and CEO at LIONMTS where he was nominated for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award, CEO at Syngence Corporation, COO of AtlasBanc Holdings Corp. and CEO of Advantage Funding / NAFCO Holdings.
Mr. Miles is Managing Partner at SCM Capital Group, a global strategic and capital structure advisory firm, where he has served since in 2003. Previously, he served as Head of Investment Banking at Tigress Financial Partners, Managing Director at Riparian Partners, a division of Oppenheimer & Co., Inc. as Senior Managing Director, and Head of FIG and COO, Investment Banking at Cantor Fitzgerald & Co. Mr. Miles has held senior leadership roles at Oppenheimer& Co., D.A. Davidson and & Co., The First Boston Corporation (Credit Suisse), Meridian Capital and Greenwich Capital Markets. Mr. Miles has broad public, private and nonprofit board experience and has been active for many years in leadership roles with the Make-A-Wish Foundation. He presently serves on the boards of Troika Media Group, Inc., RESAAS Services Inc., Kuity, Corp., Arthur H. Thomas Company as Chairman, Independent Director, Chairman, and Vice Chairman respectively. Mr. Miles holds a BBA from the University of Washington and holds FINRA licenses Series 7, 24, 63 and 79.

Dan Cahir has more than 15 years of experience managing public and private equity investments across a variety of industries. Currently, Mr. Cahir serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer of Sapling Capital, LLC, positions he has held at Sapling Capital, LLC and its related entities since June 2018.
From June 2013 to June 2018, Mr. Cahir served as a portfolio manager at Long Light Capital, managing a public equity portfolio and evaluating venture capital and private equity investments and allocations to external fund managers. From September 2011 to April 2013, Mr. Cahir was a member of the investment team at Ziff Brothers Investments, a private investment firm. From August 2007 to September 2009, Mr. Cahir was a member of the investment team at Madrone Capital Partners where he led the analysis on venture capital, private equity and public equity investments. Mr. Cahir began his career in September 2005 with Bain & Co., where he advised Fortune 500 and private equity clients on M&A, growth and efficiency initiatives until June 2007.
Mr. Cahir completed his studies and earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics in 2005, graduating with the summa cum laude distinction from Claremont McKenna College and completed his studies and earned a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School in 2011.

For example the successful launches of strategic initiatives like eXp Exclusives, Revenos and significant enhancements to eXp Solutions.
His entrepreneurial spirit is evidenced by his co-founding of one of the largest private lending companies on the U.S. East Coast and a rapidly growing MLS technology vendor. He has also played significant roles in the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals, serving as the founding president of the Metro D.C. chapter and later as the national president.
Kent is responsible for leading and developing the organization’s global accounting, finance practices and procedures. He also ensures the preparation and analysis of all financial reports comply with all applicable regulations. These vital financial functions enable eXp to continue its rapid growth trajectory and quickly expand its international footprint. He has decades of finance expertise in global finance, accounting and information technology functions in large, complex and geographically dispersed multi-billion-dollar international businesses.
Alex founded VirBELA, a social virtual reality platform focused on education and team development with clients in various industries from government to retail. The VirBELA team developed eXp Realty’s cloud-based campus, called eXp World. eXp World Holdings, eXp Realty’s parent company, acquired VirBELA’s core group of products and services in November 2018.
As President of eXp World Technologies, an eXp World Holdings company, Alex leads the development of VirBELA’s products and services to expand the offering to agents, teams and others who could benefit from their own, always-available environments for collaboration.
In the development of VirBELA, Alex was awarded financial support from the Graduate Management Admissions Council, the National Science Foundation, the National Institute of Health, the Laura Arrillaga-Andreessen Foundation and the American Psychological Association to support some of innovations and research.
Alex has a bachelors in organization psychology from Providence College and a doctorate in philosophy from Alliant International University, San Diego Scripps Ranch.
